Shop at GameStop.com online.

  • At checkout, enter the 19-digit gift card number and 4-digit pin found on your gift card:
    • Card Number: XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXX
    • Remove scratch off on back of gift card to reveal 4-digit PIN
    • PIN: XXXX

In Store Redemption Instructions

  • Print this page and take it into one of our stores to redeem for merchandise.
  • To print, please view the eGift Card from a device that is connected to a printer.

In-Store Mobile Redemption Instructions

Recipient:

  • To redeem your eGift Card from a mobile device, display the barcode, gift card number, and associated PIN to the cashier at the time of purchase.

Cashier:

  • Ring up merchandise in POS
  • Press F12 to total out sale
  • Select F3 for gift card
  • Select Enter
  • Press F8 for manual entry
  • Scan barcode, if not scanning please enter human readable 19-digit number starting 636491 or 600649 etc.
  • Press F12
  • Type in 4-digit PIN number in area prompted
  • Sale complete
