A subsidiary of Japan-based Kura Sushi, Inc., the brand opened its first US location in Irvine, CA in 2009 and has grown over 90 locations across 22 states. Kura Sushi is known for its Bikkura-Pon prize game, tablet ordering, and commitment to fresh, preservative-free ingredients, making it a distinctive, tech-forward dining destination.
